Saenaengigil Makgeolli is a 6% ABV makgeolli from Gangwon-do, produced by Jinjeong Brewing using only purified water, glutinous rice, and nuruk. The three-ingredient simplicity is its defining feature, allowing the natural sweetness and creaminess of glutinous rice fermentation to come through unmediated. Nuruk drives a traditional fermentation character with a gentle grain depth, while the low proof makes every glass easy and refreshing.
