The rice undergoes careful fermentation and distillation before each expression is proofed down to its target strength, meaning all three share the same distillate DNA but reveal different facets: the 41% is spirit-forward with pronounced grain intensity, the 25% hits a versatile middle ground suited for food pairing, and the 17% offers a silky, almost water-like entry point without losing varietal character.
