Unlike grain-based Korean traditional drinks, this bottle builds its entire character around real honey fermentation, producing a floral and aromatic profile that opens soft and closes dry. The Seoul-based production gives it a polished, urban craft sensibility, with clean lines and controlled sweetness rather than the rustic heaviness sometimes associated with honey drinks.
