Young Honey Liquor is an 11.8% ABV honey-based traditional drink from Seoul, crafted by Gomsemari Brewery using purified water, honey, yeast, and potassium metabisulfite as preservative. Unlike grain-based Korean traditional drinks, this bottle builds its entire character around real honey fermentation, producing a floral and aromatic profile that opens soft and closes dry. The Seoul-based production gives it a polished, urban craft sensibility, with clean lines and controlled sweetness rather than the rustic heaviness sometimes associated with honey drinks. At 500ml and 11.8%, it occupies a versatile position suitable for both aperitif and food pairing contexts.
