Korean Soju

Taengja C

탱자 C

Taengja C is a 23% ABV soju from Gyeongsangnam-do, distilled from a remarkably layered base of Gimhae new rice, fermented sweet persimmon water (28.5%), and wild trifoliate orange (22.5%) with Korean wheat nuruk. The trifoliate orange — a thorny, intensely aromatic citrus rarely used in spirits — introduces a bright, bitter citrus dimension that sets this apart from conventional grain soju. The fermented persimmon water adds subtle fruity depth beneath the citrus. Compelling with rich meats or clean-cut sashimi.
