Sojudaum 45 is a 45% ABV rice soju from Gyeonggi-do, distilled from domestic rice spirit with purified water at Mieum Nes Distillery. The minimal ingredient composition — just rice distillate and water — puts all emphasis on the quality of the spirit itself, and it delivers with precision. Despite the substantial proof, the opening is clean with clear grain tones, and the mid-palate stays surprisingly sleek rather than fiery. The finish resolves smooth and warm without rough edges, making it a versatile companion for galbi, bossam, and sashimi where depth and clarity must coexist.
