Palpal Makgeolli is a 6% ABV makgeolli from Palpal Brewery in Gyeonggi-do, brewed with locally sourced Gimpo Geumssal rice - a regional variety known for clean grain character. The profile is straightforward and friendly: polished grain sweetness over a soft, creamy texture with no botanical additions or complex herbal layers. Acidity adjustment and yeast keep the fermentation clean, and the wheat-containing koji contributes subtle fermentation depth.
