Description
Omaerak 25 is a 25% ABV soju from Jeollanam-do, distilled using pear distillate (with 81.07% pear content), domestic plum (maesil), and a trace of smoked green plum (omae, 0.01%). The pear distillate dominates the composition, giving this spirit an orchard-forward aromatic identity where clean pear fruit leads every aspect of the profile. The plum adds a subtle tartness that sharpens the pear's sweetness, while the smoked plum — present at just one-hundredth of a percent — contributes a barely perceptible smoky-tart undertone that adds complexity without drawing attention. This is a precision-blended fruit spirit where each ingredient plays a defined role.
