Jirisan Herb Leaf Sul is a 6% ABV brew from Gyeongsangnam-do near Mount Jiri, combining Korean rice, nuruk, yeast, starter culture, and native herbs. The Jirisan terroir — one of Korea's most biodiverse mountain regions — informs the herbal character, producing a bright, leafy aroma that integrates naturally with the grain base rather than sitting on top of it. The low proof and calm, balanced finish make it an easy pour for long meals, especially with grilled dishes and shared banchan plates.
