Jirisan Herb Leaf Sul is a 6% ABV brew from Gyeongsangnam-do near Mount Jiri, combining Korean rice, nuruk, yeast, starter culture, and native herbs. The Jirisan terroir - one of Korea's most biodiverse mountain regions - informs the herbal character, producing a bright, leafy aroma that integrates naturally with the grain base rather than sitting on top of it.
