Jangsuhongsamju is a 25% ABV cheongju (clear rice wine) from Gyeonggi-do infused with Korean red ginseng. The ginseng adds savory, earthy warmth to the clean rice-wine foundation without turning the flavor profile overtly medicinal. The body is polished and smooth, with enough weight to carry the herbal nuances through a long, gentle finish.
