Description
Baekseju is a yakju introduced by Kooksoondang in 1992. It is brewed by fermenting ground uncooked rice with botanical ingredients including ginseng and omija berries. This version is 13% ABV in a 375ml bottle. Baekseju Gwaha and Jayang Baekseju are separate products with different alcohol levels and recipes.
