Baekgyeong 13 White is a 13% ABV brew from Sejong, sharing the same dual-nuruk philosophy and glutinous rice base as its 15% sibling but presented at a gentler proof. The lower ABV opens up the grain sweetness and makes the nuruk's fermentation complexity more approachable, creating a softer entry point while still retaining the layered character. At 500ml, this is an easygoing meal companion that pairs well with everyday banchan, light jeon, and steamed vegetables.
