Baekgyeong 15 White is a 15% ABV brew from Sejong, built on domestic glutinous rice with two house-made nuruk varieties — Baekgyeong wheat nuruk and Baekgyeong rice nuruk. The dual-nuruk approach is unusual and produces a more layered fermentation character than single-nuruk recipes, with wheat nuruk contributing breadth and rice nuruk adding precision. At 500ml, this medium-bodied traditional drink suits banchan-centered meals, steamed dishes, and occasions where nuruk-driven complexity enhances rather than overwhelms the food.
