Jinsim Ginsengju is a 19% ABV ginseng-infused soju from Jeollabuk-do that layers ginseng extract and red ginseng concentrate over a Korean rice spirit base. The name 'jinsim' (sincerity) reflects the brewery's commitment to a clean, focused ginseng expression rather than heavy medicinal sweetness. The herbal character manifests as a piney, almost resinous lift that brightens each sip without bitterness, while the rice spirit foundation keeps the overall profile transparent and drinkable.
