톡 한잔 소주
Tok Hanjan Soju is a 30% ABV distilled soju from Jeollanam-do built on a dual grain base of domestic barley and rice. The barley contributes a roasted, nutty undertone that distinguishes this from rice-only soju, while the lower proof (relative to traditional 40%+ spirits) keeps the grain sweetness accessible and the finish clean. It earned an Excellence Award at the 2014 Korea Traditional Liquor Awards in the distilled soju category, validating its approach of approachability without sacrificing traditional distillation craft. Brewed by Nongdaema Brewery, it reflects Jeollanam-do's strong barley cultivation tradition translated into a modern sipping spirit.
