Jeollanam-do craftsmanship meets a two-rice blend: non-glutinous rice for structure and glutinous rice for creamy body. Wheat-based nuruk adds fermentation depth, giving this makgeolli a rich texture with sweet, rounded edges. It is especially satisfying with crispy jeon, spicy kimchi, and late-night fried chicken.
