Sulsup is a 19% ABV soju from Jeju, blending tangerine distillate from Jeju-grown citrus with Jeju aloe concentrate in a grain spirit base. The citrus-aloe pairing is unusual in Korean spirits, producing a profile where bright tangerine zest meets the mild, vegetal smoothness of aloe. Despite the moderate-high proof, the overall impression stays clean and drinkable rather than hot. At 375ml, it is a focused bottle that pairs naturally with grilled seafood, light sashimi, and Jeju-style cuisine where island-grown ingredients create a sense of terroir.
