Mela Tangerine Gwahaju 13%

멜라 탠저린 과하주 13도

Mela Tangerine Gwahaju 13% is a 13% ABV gwahaju from Gyeonggi-do, weaving together rice, millet (jobssal), domestic honey, and Hallabong tangerine juice over a foundation of Gichan rice and Seonhyang-gok nuruk with a rice distillate addition. The gwahaju method — fortifying fermented rice wine with distilled spirit — gives this bottle both the aromatic expressiveness of a fermented brew and the structural depth of a spirit-enhanced wine. Citrus opens the aroma, then warm honey and millet grain settle into a layered, contemplative finish suited to refined Korean courses and steamed seafood.
