Cheonjihyang Distilled Spirit

천지향 증류주

Cheonjihyang Distilled Spirit is a 40% ABV spirit from Jeollanam-do produced by Hampyeong Cheonji Black Raspberry Brewing, using domestically grown bokbunja (black raspberry) as the sole fruit ingredient. The distillation concentrates bokbunja's aromatic compounds while stripping away the residual sweetness typical of black raspberry wines, yielding a spirit that is remarkably clean and dry for a fruit-origin distillate. It won the top honor at the 2012 Korea Traditional Liquor Awards in the general distilled spirit category. The 500ml bottle showcases a philosophy of fruit expression through restraint — letting the bokbunja speak through aroma and structure rather than sweetness.
