Rice and nuruk build a soft sweetness foundation, while the wheat component adds a rounded, bakery-like depth that lingers on the palate. At 10.5%, it sits notably above typical commercial makgeolli in both ABV and flavor density, offering a fuller drinking experience. The name, meaning "cat" in Korean, reflects the brewery's playful branding approach. It pairs especially well with oily or tangy foods where its creamy weight can counterbalance sharper flavors.
