The apple co-fermentation brings a tart, fruity dimension that lifts the creamy chapssal base, while the iron-rich Cheorwon terroir contributes clean mineral backbone. Named after Cezanne's apple paintings, the bottle delivers art-influenced craft — a textured, layered makgeolli where grain creaminess and apple acidity trade places across each sip.
