감싸주는날

Gamssajuneunnal (meaning 'the day wrapped in persimmon') is a 16% ABV traditional brew from Chungcheongnam-do that introduces domestic chrysanthemum into a base of glutinous and non-glutinous rice with wheat nuruk. The chrysanthemum integration is the defining element — it opens with a soft floral aroma that sets a distinctly different mood from standard grain-forward brews. At 750ml and 16%, it occupies the space between table wine and fortified wine in terms of body and drinking occasion. The smooth, balanced palate with gentle cereal depth makes it versatile across Korean dining contexts, from casual grilled meat dinners to more composed banchan-centered meals.
