After a Long Night is a 12% ABV clear-style drink from Seoul, blended from cheongju, spirit, refined sugar, citric acid, and pomegranate flavoring with red food coloring. The resulting profile is light and tidy, with a bright pomegranate-like aromatic note that gives it a distinctive, perfumed first impression. Sweetness is present but restrained, while the low-medium proof keeps the body accessible. It serves well with grilled fish, steamed dishes, and refined Korean courses where fragrance without heaviness is desired.
