Spinning Liquor Dances

빙그르술이춤추다

Spinning Liquor Dances is a 12% ABV brew from Gyeonggi-do, crafted by Dalbich Sulrae using domestic glutinous rice, nuruk, and mineral-rich bedrock water. The combination of chapssal and natural mineral water from underground rock strata produces a distinctly smooth, round mouthfeel that sets it apart from well water or purified water counterparts. At 500ml and moderate proof, the grain sweetness is present but controlled, creating a calm, balanced drink suited to Korean table spreads with banchan, grilled items, and steamed dishes.

Sky Soju

하늘

Sky Soju is an 18% ABV spirit from Gyeonggi-do, distilled by Dalbich Sulrae from domestic glutinous rice, nuruk, and bedrock water. Sharing the same foundational ingredients as its sibling Spinning Liquor Dances but elevated through distillation, it concentrates chapssal's sweet grain character into a more focused, warming expression. The mineral-rich water base carries through as smooth texture even at the higher proof. At 375ml, it is a contemplative pour for meals centered on grilled meats or rich stews where a grain-forward spirit with quiet refinement is desired.
