The palate is creamy with a soft sweetness derived from fermentation rather than added sugar, and the finish stays fresh and lively rather than heavy. Its quality has been formally recognized with an Excellence Award in the Takju category at the Woorisul Quality Competition, validating the clean balance between body and brightness that defines this bottle.
