Description
Gimyujeong Station is a 6% ABV traditional fermented alcohol from Yesul Brewery in Gangwon-do, named after the literary train station that commemorates novelist Kim Yu-jeong. Made simply from rice, purified water, and wheat nuruk, it channels Gangwon-do's mountain water clarity into a calm, composed drinking experience. The 6% ABV keeps the texture smooth and inviting, with balanced sweetness and grain depth taking precedence over sharp acidity. At 300ml, the bottle is sized for a personal serving - an easy, quiet companion for banchan-heavy tables or grilled meats where subtlety is preferred over intensity.
