Haneuldam6 Fresh Makgeolli is a 6% ABV unpasteurized makgeolli from Jeollanam-do, brewed by Suncheon Brewery using domestic newly harvested rice (haepsal). The use of fresh-season rice gives the brew a particularly clean grain character, and the unpasteurized production preserves live cultures that add subtle carbonation and textural liveliness.
