Omaigas Sparkling is a 9% ABV carbonated traditional drink from Incheon's Songdohyang Brewery, built on an unusual base of magnolia flower fermented extract (mokryeon balbyocheong) combined with rice, rice barley, sweet potato, nuruk, and yeast. Carbonation lifts the complex fermentation base into an effervescent, lively format, while the magnolia provides a subtle floral opening that transitions into earthy grain and root vegetable depth. At 500ml, the bottle offers generous portions for a sparkling format. The multi-grain and botanical composition makes it one of the more architecturally complex traditional sparkling drinks available.
