Boksunga Wine is a 12% ABV peach fruit wine from Sejong City, produced by Solti Village Brewery using 89.92% Korean peach juice concentrate. The near-90% fruit content means the peach character is immediate, vivid, and unmistakably natural — ripe stone-fruit aroma fills the glass from the first pour. Sugar and enzymes supplement the fermentation, but the peach remains the clear protagonist. At 500ml and 12%, it occupies a sweet, dessert-friendly position that works equally well as a standalone evening pour or alongside light foods. Sejong, Korea's administrative capital, is an emerging area for small-scale fruit winemaking.
