Doraeha is a 19% ABV soju from Gyeonggi-do that takes a distinctly aromatic approach to Korean spirit-making. The base is a rice soju distillate, but the flavor profile is elevated with coriander, licorice, and gin-like herbal accents, creating a fragrant complexity uncommon in everyday soju. At 19%, it remains accessible enough for meal pairing while offering enough aromatic depth to sip contemplatively. The botanical additions shift the drinking experience closer to a flavored spirit than a traditional grain soju, appealing to drinkers who enjoy aromatic variety. It is produced by Baehyejeong Brewery in Gyeonggi-do.
