Rolling is a 13.5% ABV apple fruit wine from Gyeongsangbuk-do, produced by Oreutto Winery using 87.95% apple juice concentrate, 12% white sugar, yeast, and potassium metabisulfite. The overwhelming apple concentrate ratio makes this fundamentally an apple wine rather than a blended fruit drink, with the concentrate delivering dense, ripe orchard fruit character that dominates the profile from nose to finish. White sugar rounds out the body while yeast drives a clean fermentation, and the resulting 13.5% ABV provides enough structure to prevent the wine from reading as mere apple juice. Gyeongsangbuk-do is one of Korea's primary apple-growing regions, and the concentrate captures that regional fruit identity.
