Hyeonghyeong 25 is a 25% ABV craft soju from On Jeungryuso Brewery in Gyeonggi-do, distilled entirely from eco-friendly rice grown in the region. The single-grain approach produces a remarkably clean spirit where gentle rice sweetness opens the palate before yielding to a dry, precise finish. There is no roughness at its proof, just disciplined intensity that rewards measured sipping. Galbi, bossam, and sashimi make natural companions, as the spirit cuts cleanly through fat and richness.
