Odiyeora is a 25% ABV mulberry soju from Jeollabuk-do, produced by the historically significant Jeonju Igangju brewery. The spirit is distilled from domestic mulberry and bottled with purified water and a touch of oligosaccharide, which rounds the edges without adding cloying sweetness. Despite its considerable strength, the palate stays clean with a subtle berry echo that distinguishes it from conventional grain-based soju. The 375ml format pairs especially well with rich grilled meats and bossam, where its structure cuts through fattiness effectively.
