Gomesun is a 6% ABV makgeolli from Gyeongsangnam-do, produced by Hansa Doga using rice, glutinous rice, nuruk, purple sweet potato, yeast, and stevia-based sweetener. The triple-grain plus root-vegetable combination gives this 1,000ml bottle a plush, creamy body with more textural interest than single-grain makgeolli. Purple sweet potato adds a subtle earthy sweetness and visual depth, while the stevia keeps the flavor clean without added sugar weight. The generous format and low proof make it a convivial, full-evening companion.
