Nongtaegi is a 25% ABV spirit from Chungcheongbuk-do, distilled from just two ingredients: purified water and Daolchan rice grown in Eumseong. That radically minimal base means the spirit's character depends entirely on the quality of Eumseong's local rice, and it delivers — a clean, grain-forward profile where rice sweetness and smooth texture speak clearly without interference. At 300ml, it is a focused bottle suited to grilled meats and everyday banchan when you want a spirit that supports the meal rather than dominating it.
