Gota Hike is a 6% ABV makgeolli from Gangwon-do, brewed by Duru Brewing using domestic rice, koji, and yeast. At 6%, it occupies the classic session-strength makgeolli space, designed for extended, relaxed drinking rather than contemplative sipping. The domestic rice and koji produce a soft, creamy body with gentle sweetness that stays approachable without becoming cloying.
