Gotadaibeu is a 6% ABV makgeolli from Gangwon-do, built on a straightforward recipe of domestic rice, koji starter, and yeast. Rather than relying on added fruits or botanicals, it lets the grain-driven character speak for itself, producing a creamy, lightly sweet profile that feels approachable and crowd-friendly. The 730ml format offers generous volume for sharing, and the intentionally simple flavor profile makes it a flexible table companion. It works equally well alongside savory jeon, fried chicken, and spicy kimchi side dishes without competing for attention on the palate.
