청춘7도
Cheongchun 7 is a 7% ABV makgeolli from Chungcheongbuk-do, brewed with Korean rice, wheat-containing nuruk, and yeast. The name captures its youthful, approachable character — creamy texture and soft grain sweetness arrive immediately, making it one of the most easy-drinking styles in the makgeolli category. The wheat nuruk adds a gentle fermentation depth that prevents the sweetness from becoming flat, while the moderate proof keeps it sessionable across longer meals with jeon, fried chicken, or kimchi-centered dishes.
